One of the main tasks of forest regeneration is to protect it from fires. Forest roads are used to access fires. The company has built and maintaines 500 km of forest roads. Organized 2 points PSPI (point of concentration of fire-fighting equipment). To ensure safety and prevent fires this year, Kraslesinvest also installed 2 checkpoints on the territory of the rental base. Each is equipped with a fire-fighting tractor “Rubezh 4000”, a fire shield, a water tank with a volume of 1000 liters.

To control the situation, special transport access is required to the sections. 44 helicopter pads have been built in the forest. There are 37 fire-fighting reservoirs and 172 specialized recreation areas in the forest.

From 2007 to 2019, the costs of JSC “Kraslesinvest” on protection, safety and regeneration amounted to 487 918 866 rubles.
