Packaging, transportation

After drying and assorting, each board is marked with type of the wood and strength index. Then the lumber package is covered with protective film that preserves quality of the product during transportation. Each package has a label with the information about species of the wood, type of the wood, diameter, the number of boards, and the volume of the package.

The end product is shipped to customers in containers mainly, so customers receive the product in the same condition as it was right after production. The lumber package ready for shipment is covered with film and marked according to contract terms. Usually the marking include the type of lumber and quantity. The products are delivered by rail from the Karabula cargo station to any port or destination station.
